Hi! I’m Laura, the founder of Blauhaus, a flat-fee real estate company based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. With over a decade of experience in real estate, eight years as a licensed agent, and more than $20 million in sales across ninety-nine transactions, I set out to make my 100th closing under my own shingle—and so Blauhaus (German for “Blue House”) was born.
